KWHS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER:
A. J. Sales, Chief Operating Officer, formally served as a vice president with Gordon Brothers Partner's, Inc. of Boston, MA. His twenty seven years of experience in the jewelry industry covers retail, wholesale, and manufacturing, including management and business ownership. He has conducted a variety of consulting services in both single and multi-store companies including restructuring, turnaround, and evaluation services. He is a nationally recognized lecturer and trainer, currently involved in active leadership of several State Jewelry Associations, and guest columnist in national jewelry publications. Additional industry credits include serving as President of Kentucky Jewelers Association, Board of Directors, Florida Jewelry Association and 24K Club of Southern California.

G.P. Wiggins, Director of Operations; with more than thirty years of experience involving both wholesale distribution and multi-location retail store operations, including business management and ownership. He also has over fifteen ;years experience in providing consulting services to both single unit and multi-store companies specializing in marketing, merchandising, restructuring and turn-around programs. Additional credits include membership in numerous national and state organizations, and serving as business advisor to many privately held companies.

Barron, Ph.D., CC, APC, President and Principle Consultant of 21st Management Corporation, and accredited professional consultant with more than thirty years of experience as a business owner, consultant, trainer/educator, and manager for Fortune 100 Companies. He has consulted for companies in the retail, wholesale, service, banking, public utilities, and manufacturing industries. His consulting services include problem resolution, financial analysis, business valuation, strategic planning, succession planning, and training programs. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Kentucky and Murray State University in the field of Business and Management. His professional affiliations include the National Management Association, American Society for Quality, and the American Consultants League.
